We provide veterans transitional housing for up to 24 months with the goal of them obtaining permanent housing as soon as feasible.
Social Skills Group
In our social skills group. clients get to interact with their peers, resolve conflicts, decrease anxiety and improve self-esteem. They rotate group leadership duties and manage independent development goals.
Upon admission to our program all clients collaborate with a case manager to develop an individual development plan, identify challenges, and set goals. These goal are monitored routinely and modified and needed.
Wellness and Prevention
We offer various resources to promote wellness and prevention.
Through our partnership with a local community college our clients have the opportunity to increase their educational skills.

Carolina Homeless Veterans is committed to assisting Veterans and their families through the often difficult process of understanding how to find meaningful careers, understand the VA Benefits, and connecting with the many resources the community provides to assist veterans today.
